😷Not so good,🙄 Wasn't Given a Straw I had to go get it Myself ! Also Had to Wait for Dressing for my Salad,it was as if the Waiter was Overwhelmed with Too many Tables 😱Salmon Was Not Glazed As Ordered & Broccoli Cheddar Side Had One Tiny Piece of Broccoli Only🤔 &The Salad Dressing on the Menu is Chunky Bleu Cheese But What They Serve is a Low-Quality Ranch.😠 You Need To Step Up Your Game Cheddar's ☹️

The food was good for the most part. I had the Dijon chicken and mushrooms. I wish the rice had a little more flavor. It was quite bland. Marco did a great job talking care of us.

The foods was Ight and it crazy that when you get there at 9:50 and the close at 10 bit they tell you wait 25 minutes and they still let you in that love

I ordered the steak and rib combo, the ribs were super dry and hard enough to break a tooth. The cheesecake we had for dessert was still frozen.

Good food, clean, and great service

25-minute wait on weekend nights. Most of the food is really solid. The chicken fingers heard scary stories about salt as children and avoided it for all of their tiny little lives. There is no such thing as a double order of fries.

Good food nice managers but Terrible waiters I only continue to eat here because the food is good and priced reasonably and if I ever have any problems I know the managers will always take care of me or the wonderful bartenders their the best. But the other servers suck they are always in a rush and never have time to check up on us people who have been eating their sense if opened

Love this place. Everything is good so I always order to go because I don't live close to here. Disappointed because they changed the tripple appetizers to have 2 dips and cheese bites. Does not make since so I no longer order it but, the honey butter croissant are delicious.

I had the spasagna with meat sauce and strawberry lemonade and it was amazing! Best meal I've had in long time. Service was excellent and pricing is more than fair for the quality of food.

Great food every time. Good atmosphere and great service, very chill. Their new butter croissants are amazing, highly recommend. The giant cookie is my favorite dessert, so get that if you even have room after your meal.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. We sat down and our server, Katie, made eye contact with us and swept her entire section before greeting us. After sweeping for a while, she sat the dust pan down right next to us and asked us for our drink order never washing her hands. During times like this, it’s almost expected. Anyway. We love Cheddars but this visit wasn’t the best.

Extremely helpful waitstaff and their menu has been expanded. The fried fish was very good.

To start off with our waitress was Lisa A! Kudos to Lisa ! She didn't actually a job at a very busy time of day between 5 and 6 for dinner on a Saturday night! And for dinner or for an appetizer I do suggest a cheddar cheese bacon fries! They are great! The burger was really good. And I would suggest this place to anyone thumbs up guys !Lisa great job! Ice would suggest her for a waitress anytime!

Service by Eric S was good. At 8pm on a Saturday there was still a half hour wait as the place was packed. Sat by a loud party that the young staff clearly could not handle. Kitchen was slow our waiter informed us twice at least he kept our glasses filled. My medium rare Ribeye was perfect, the extra cost for mushrooms worth it. The brocolli cheddar casserole small portion but delicious. The corn off the cob was canned and definitely not buttery. My boyfriend ordered his top sirloin rare and it was more cooked than my ribeye. His ribs good with the smokey sauce. His brocolli just steamed and loaded baked potato too cool to even melt the cheese a little. Disappointed to say the least. We are from out of town and wont return even of we were able to locate this place again....MainEvent hides this place almost under i45.

We sat in the back room with a slanted ceiling. It was wonderfully quiet there. The food was good and the service was wonderful.

The service is excellent here. We were seated right away. Our drinks and meals arrived in a timely manner. The atmosphere of this restaurant is nice and the decor is beautiful. As always, the food was delicious.

First time. Half rack was very good! Shout out to Katie our waitress for making us feel very welcomed. Defiantly coming back.

Actually ******* Incredible experience, I would give it ten stars if possible... I tipped more than I ever have in my life, every appetizer I ordered, went perfectly with the courses, a truly Gourmet Restaurant if ever I've seen one^^

The waitress was excellent the chicken 🐔 fried chicken was delicious and I am not a big chicken 🐔 eater but the rolls could have been warmer

Went in to get a piece of cheesecake. Ended up ordering an appetizer as well. Our waitress was really nice but way overloaded. It took a while before she could even come take our order and wasn't able to bring all the things that we needed for the meal in a prompt. But she was doing her best just overloaded. Cheesecake was good and we have some chicken tenders that we're okay.

Food was not very appealing. Very little fries with my burger and the pasta was dry.

My husband and I just ate at Cheddars tonight in Webster.Our waitress Casey was phenomenal. I know it’s hard working in this field but she was so attentive and polite and smiled and just a great personality! I want you guys to know she is a great access to your restaurant. Mrs. Patricia Filer

Location was busy be we got seated immediately. Service was excellent. The 2 new drinks Tiki & Piña Colada were delish. Always suggest ordering the honey butter croissants. Spinach dip on point. Bacon cheese burger was humongous! Grilled salmon was cooked perfectly. Steak & Rib combination was amazing and tender. Definitely coming back for more.

Great place to dine with the family and very reasonable prices. Normally a wait before you can be seated. The staff is always courteous. We always come back here. Also, they ha e a great selection of appetizers.

The croissants were very delicious and baked to flaky perfection. The cheese burger was cooked well and tasted delicious, it was very light and tasty, it didn't leave me feeling sluggish. The wait staff were very attentive with all around great service and prices for the meal.

Chicken pot pie was amazing. Service was great -polite, friendly & fast.

It was delicious!! From the starter to the entreé. They give the option to buy lunch plate out of lunch time and I definitely opt in because the portion size was excellent for me. For someone who likes double portion dinner size is recommended. Great place to have a great time with family, friends, or a gathering from work. Calm and great environment. Fast service and food temperature is unbelievable hot. You can find from burgers, sandwiches to steaks and seafood plates at a reasonable price.

Food was amazing but I don't think that the service could be any worse. We waited half an hour just to order drinks and our food took an additional 45 minutes.

The Lemon Pepper Chicken with rice, cole slaw & broccoli cheese casserole were excellent. The chicken was succulent and tender... the best I ever ate. Our server Warren was pleasant and attentive. My husband, brother, mother and myself all ordered the Lemon Pepper Chicken and plan to order this again in future visits.

Not value priced, but not overpriced. The food quality is well above average, a little bit off temperature. The experience was above average, we got there before the rush so no wait. Staff is great, the overall experience over four stars but not quite five. Go try it, kid friendly or take a date.

Ordered to-go and it was terrible. One of the two steaks was cold and undercooked to the point that it was almost unsafe to eat. The fries and rice were cold and flavorless. Croissants were also cold. They had very few side options available, or I wouldn’t have ordered said sides. We had to wait over an hour and a half for our order to be ready. I asked when ordering on the phone if the food would be fresh given such a long wait time and I was told it would be... and it wasn’t. I get operations may be different in these times, but don’t continue to run a restaurant if staff/management is incapable of normal operations that should include at minimum decent food that’s hot.

The server we had today was amazing, she was so sweet and very helpful.

Our waiter Heath was also the bartender. He was great! He was so busy, he looked like he had been there all day. He was exhausted, yet he still found time to kid around with my kids, and laugh and joke with my husband and me. He is really good at his job! We will request him to wait on us in the future. It was such a pleasant experience, that for a short time we could forget all the horrible stuff going on Her n the world today. He should be training the new hires! He deserves a raise!

This is one of my favorite places. I highly recommend it. It's a great place to have a simple family dinner out or having a special dinner with your special person. I had the Painkiller drink which was amazing. Strong drink and really great tropical flavor. I had the ribs and they were soooo good! So juicy and so tender it literally fell of the bone! Food and atmosphere is so great!

I haven’t been to Cheddar’s in a couple of years. We had always had bad service every time we went. My wife kept telling me to give them another chance. I’m glad I did. The service is way better than it was before and the food and prices are as great as I remember. Good job guys!

Stopped by on the way back from Space Center Houston and I'm glad we did. Jay is an awesome person and made sure we had everything we needed. The "Arnold Palmer" was delicious and the food was served hot and fast. Great portions at a good price. I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area!

We are usually very pleased with Cheddars’s. Good size portions for our teens for a reasonable price. Tonight we were very disappointed. Wait time after we ordered seemed excessive considering the lack of customers. Chicken fried chicken was rubbery, mashed potatoes and red beans and rice were lukewarm. We spoke with a manager and sent it all back. Stayed for kids to finish to their food only to realize two of them had removed the bacon from their burgers because it was undercooked and chewy. Wish we would have noticed before we paid bill. Definitely won’t return to this Cheddar’s. Hoping other locations can make-up for this bad experience.

Of all of the Cheddar's locations I've gone to, this one is easily the most consistent quality-wise, if not the best overall. My only complaint is that service can occasionally be slow, but that's to be expected in a restaurant such as this, where everything is made to order. I highly recommend the bourbon glazed salmon!

Great food, excellent service, nice atmosphere...they are serving a limited menu at this time so you may want to call ahead if you are going for a specific meal

My family and I love to eat here. Especially my daughter, who always chooses to come here on her birthday. I recommend the Monte Cristo as it is very delicious.
